You're welcome to use external suppliers, provided they're approved by the venue and meet our insurance requirements.How much time do suppliers get to set up?Our packages generally include dedicated bump-in time before your event. How many people can you fit at Will & Mike’s?We can comfortably accommodate up to 140 guests seated with a dance floor when using our indoor space and external undercover area.For cocktail-style and standing events, we can accommodate up to 300 guests.If you’re not sure which layout will work best for your numbers, our team can help you plan the space around the style of event you have in mind.How big is Will & MikesIt's between 2000-3000 square meters in size - all exclusively yours.Do you have an outdoor area?Yes – and it’s one of the things that makes Will & Mike’s special. The property is surrounded by established gardens, lawns, fountains and greenery, with both indoor and outdoor areas available for events.Is Will & Mike’s dog friendly?Dogs are welcome, but they must remain leashed and supervised at all times. Please let our team know if your four-legged guest will be joining the celebration so we can make sure everything is planned appropriately.Is there parking?Yes, complimentary on-site guest parking is available, although spaces are subject to availability.Can we have a petting zoo, reptile show or other entertainmentYes you can have any entertainment you like - we just request a copy of the insurance policy of the provider to ensure safety compliance and precautions.Can we have a Jumping CastleYes, absolutely, we provide external power and regularly have them for kids events.Are there noise restrictions?No, we have no restrictions.

What is the refund policy if we secure a date with a deposit?What is the refund policy if we secure a date with a deposit?If you cancel your booking more than 90 days before your event, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. The remaining 50% is treated as a non-refundable booking fee.If you cancel within 90 days of your event date, the full deposit (100%) is non-refundable.For cancellations made more than 90 days before the event, if Will & Mike’s is able to successfully re-book your cancelled date, any additional refund will be at the discretion of Will & Mike’s and subject to the applicable booking terms.

Do you have a licensed bar?Yes. Will & Mike’s has bar and beverage options available for events, including drinks packages and bar tabs.Can we have a bar tab?Yes. Bar tabs are available, with our current private events package specifying a $1,500 minimum bar tab, including beer, wine and soft drinks.Can we BYO alcohol?No. BYO alcohol and spirits aren't permitted at Will & Mike’s.Can we have cocktails and spirits?Yes. Spirits and cocktails can be arranged as an additional bar option depending on your package and event requirements.

What types of events can you host?Pretty much anything worth celebrating!We regularly cater for birthdays, milestone celebrations, engagements, christenings, baby showers, bridal showers, anniversaries, family gatherings, corporate events, Christmas parties, weddings and celebrations of life.If you've got something a little different in mind, we'd love to hear about it.Do you host 18th and 21st birthdays?Yes. We can host 18th and 21st birthday celebrations.Because these events involve younger guests and alcohol service, security is required. Our current requirements are:30–50 guests: 1 security guard51–100 guests: 2 security guardsCan we come and see the venue before booking?Absolutely – we strongly recommend it.Will & Mike’s is one of those venues that's much easier to appreciate when you walk through the gardens and see the different spaces in person.Get in touch with our team to arrange a venue tour and chat through what you're planning.

Is the venue exclusive, and can I choose whatever time I want?The Venue is reserved exclusively for the Client's booked event on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Where the booking is for a wedding or wedding package, the Venue will host only one (1) event per calendar day.The Client shall nominate a start time during initial booking discussions. Once this start time has been mutually confirmed, it shall be treated as fixed and binding on both parties. The Client acknowledges that, once confirmed, the start time cannot be materially altered, as the Venue may schedule another event during a separate part of the same day in reliance on the confirmed timing. Any request to change the confirmed start time will be considered solely at the Venue's discretion and subject to availability.This version makes clear that:The time becomes locked in once confirmed (not just "initially" set)The client can't unilaterally push it later or earlier in a way that disrupts another bookingAny change request is discretionary, not something the client is entitled to

How long do we get the venue for?This depends on your package.Our private event packages generally include four hours of venue hire plus two hours of bump-in but can be amended based on the discretion of W&M, while our wedding reception package includes five hours, along with additional ceremony and supplier access time.If you'd like a longer celebration, additional time may be available by prior arrangement.What time can our event run until?Events must conclude by 12:00am (license requirements), with beverage service finishing at 11:30pm.How do we secure our date?Your booking is confirmed once we have your signed Terms & Conditions and non-refundable Booking Fee.Popular dates can book well in advance, so if you have a particular date in mind, we recommend getting in touch early.When do we need to confirm final guest numbers?Final guest numbers are required 10 full business days before your event.When is final payment due?10 days prior as soon as final details are confirmed.

Do you cater the food?Yes. Food and hospitality are a huge part of what we do.Depending on your event, we offer plated dining, buffets, canapés, grazing tables and platter-style menus, with plenty of options to tailor the food to your celebration.Can we build our own menu?Yes. Our private event offering includes a Build Your Own Menu option where you can choose individual platters, grazing items, hot food, salads, sliders, seafood, desserts and more rather than being locked into a set menu.Do you cater for dietary requirements?Yes. We have vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, seafood-free and Halal options across our menus.Please provide dietary requirements when confirming your final guest numbers so our team can advise on suitable selections.Can children have a kids' meal?Yes. We have children's options available.For our plated private event package, children aged 3–12 are half the adult price, while babies and toddlers under three aren't charged.Our children's plated menu includes options such as fish cocktails, spaghetti bolognaise, chicken nuggets and chicken schnitzel, with a choice of dessert.Can we bring our own food?Generally, external food can't be brought into the venue without prior written approval. If there is something special or culturally significant you'd like to include, speak with our team first and we'll let you know what's possible.Can we bring our own cake?Yes. Celebration cake service is included in our event packages, and our team can serve your cake on platters.Can we take leftover food home?Yes, only if it is pre-arranged and a form is signed. If the food is left out too long because we are not aware of your requirements then it will be thrown.

Can we have both our ceremony and reception at Will & Mike’s?Absolutely. You can hold your ceremony and reception all in one location, which makes the day much easier for you and your guests.Our wedding package includes a complimentary ceremony (free), and allows additional time before the reception for the ceremony and supplier bump-in.What happens if it rains?We have indoor and undercover areas available, so your event doesn’t have to rely entirely on the weather. Even for larger events we can tailor the set up in wet weather situations.What's included in a Will & Mike’s wedding?Our wedding packages include your ceremony, professional event management, chef and service staff, reception setup, crockery, cutlery and glassware, cake service, table numbers, standard centrepieces, a bridal suite and guest parking.Our current wedding package includes a five-hour reception, 2 hours prior to do your ceremony and 2 hour prior to use the bridal suite, supplier setup and do the finishing touches.Do you have a bridal suite?Yes. A complimentary bridal suite is included with our wedding packages.
